Personal data is processed for the purpose of conducting Alder's business, in contact and cooperation with investors, portfolio companies, advisors and suppliers. The processing is based on legitimate interest, as Alder has a strong interest in maintaining business contacts with other companies and organizations. KYC and AML (Know Your Customer and Money Laundering):
In connection with investments or other transactions carried out by Alder's funds, personal data of directors, management, beneficial owners and representatives of target companies, sellers and remaining shareholders are processed. The purpose is to carry out the necessary KYC and AML checks. For purposes under point (1), data is stored throughout the business relationship with the company or organization you represent.
