We’re welcoming three interns to Alder to strengthen our investment and value creation capabilities, with a particular focus on AI and innovation. At the same time, Jonathan Norrman has joined our portfolio company Safe Monitoring Group to support its continued development through AI.
Emily joins Alder full-time and will work closely with the investment team across sourcing, company analysis and portfolio value creation initiatives. Through her internship, she will gain experience from all stages of the investment process while supporting the team in day-to-day activities.
We are also excited to welcome Daniel and Einar, who join Alder part-time alongside their studies with a dedicated focus on AI and innovation. Their role will be to help identify practical AI opportunities, support implementation projects and contribute to developing solutions that can strengthen productivity, decision-making and growth across both Alder and our portfolio companies.
This work is also extending directly into the portfolio. Jonathan Norrman has joined Safe Monitoring Group, one of Alder’s portfolio companies, where he will focus on identifying and implementing AI opportunities that can support the company’s continued development and growth.
As AI continues to reshape industries, we see significant opportunities to help our portfolio companies move from experimentation to implementation. The challenge is rarely access to technology. More often, it is identifying where AI can create meaningful value and turning ideas into practical solutions that can be adopted throughout the organisation.
Bringing together fresh talent, entrepreneurial thinking and technical expertise is an important part of how we continue to develop both Alder and our portfolio companies.
We are delighted to have Emily, Daniel and Einar on board at Alder, and to see Jonathan strengthen the team at Safe Monitoring Group. We look forward to an exciting autumn of learning, implementation and value creation.
Welcome to Alder, Emily, Daniel and Einar – and welcome to Safe Monitoring Group, Jonathan!
