At the Venture Capital Day 2013 organised by the Swedish Venture Capital Association (SVCA), Alder's investment in Dinair was named Most Socially Beneficial Investment/Project of the Year 2012 by Swedfund.

Alder's portfolio company Dinair acquires Svenska Textilfilter AB. The merger gives both companies greater opportunities to offer their customers an even better range and service.
