Arash joined Alder in 2012 and previously worked at the private equity firm Karnell where he was involved in several acquisitions of unlisted companies. He has also worked on acquisition transactions at Morgan Stanley in London.
Arash holds a Master of Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics with related studies at the University of Madison and UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Carl-Johan joined Alder in January 2020 and has previous experience from FSN Capital and Carnegie in Stockholm. Carl-Johan holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from Stockholm School of Economics.

Dag is a partner at Alder and has previously worked as an advisor and consultant to investors in the environmental technology sector. He is the partner in charge of the portfolio companies Aidon, Samon and Centriair, and was previously in charge of the divested companies Dinair and Gasmet. Dag is also responsible for the Finnish market together with Juha Pinomaa.
Prior to founding Alder , Dag held a professorship and was director of one of the Nordic countries' major research institutions for applied environmental science at Stockholm University. He also worked as an advisor and researcher for Nordic industry, including both private and institutional investors in the field, as well as national and international R&D organisations and agencies. Dag was also active as a national expert for the EU Research and Innovation Programme and its evaluation work on academia-SME collaborations in areas such as environmental science and technology.

Erika joined Alder in 2022. As Investment Coordinator at Alder her job encompasses administrative and operational support to partners and colleagues in their daily operations. Prior to joining Alder, Erika worked at The Foundation for Baltic and East European Studies.
Eva joined Alder in 2021 and supports our portfolio companies on sustainability issues. She has extensive experience in helping companies to integrate sustainability into their business strategy and to bring issues into their daily processes.
Eva has a degree in engineering and has worked as a manager, consultant and non-financial accountant in both the manufacturing and service sectors. Eva is the founder of the consulting company Purple IVY. She has a large toolbox of modern tools and a wide network to draw on which she is happy to share.
Henrik has been a partner at Alder since 2017 and has extensive experience in active ownership and investments in the Nordic region. Henrik previously worked for 15 years at the public investment company Ratos where he was Deputy CEO and prior to that Henrik worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company. He is responsible for the portfolio companies Satel, Scanacon and Briab.

Henrik is a partner at Alder and has extensive experience as an investor in small and medium-sized growth companies. He is responsible for the portfolio company Nordic Water and previously responsible for the divested companies Powerbox and Nordic Water. Henrik is also responsible for the Norwegian and German markets together with Terje Rogne and Bruno Wanske respectively. Henrik has previously worked at 3i where he was responsible for investments similar to Alders.
He has also spent several years working on private equity investments for Goldman Sachs Capital Partners in London. In addition, Henrik has worked as a financial advisor in several leading institutions such as Goldman Sachs Investment Banking, Morgan Stanley and Alfred Berg Fondkommission.

Jesper joined Alder in January 2022 and has previous experience from Nordea's corporate finance department in Stockholm. He studied Industrial Economics at Linköping University with associated exchange studies at National Taiwan University.
Jonas is a partner at Alder and has extensive experience as a business leader. He is responsible for the portfolio company Umia and previously responsible for the divested companies r2p and Jernforsen. Jonas is also responsible for the Danish market together with Knud Andersen. Prior to Alder , Jonas was CEO of SLS Venture, the second largest biotech fund in the Nordic region. Prior to that, he was CEO of Medivir, which during Jonas' tenure was listed and developed into an international research company.
For almost 15 years, Jonas worked for the Pharmacia Group, where he built up business, R&D and manufacturing organisations in the Nordics, Japan and Italy. He left in 1995 as Vice President of the pharmaceutical division (Pharmacia Therapeutics AB). In addition, Jonas has worked as a consultant at Indevo, a consulting company focusing on business and organisational development and turn around management.
Jonas has extensive experience from board work in Europe and North America.

Keiward has worked at Alder since 2012. He has previous experience in the specialty chemicals industry and working in M&A advisory. Keiward holds a MSc in Accounting and Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Maja joined Alder as an analyst in 2020. She has previous experience from Paine Schwartz Partners, a New York-based private equity fund focused on the food and agriculture sector, and the South African hedge fund Visio Capital. Maja holds a bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.
Thomas is a partner and chairman of Alder and has more than 30 years of experience investing in growth companies. He has previously worked with investments in the Wallenberg sphere for many years, as CEO of Export-Invest, member of the management team of Investor AB and as one of the initiators of Investor Growth Capital.
Active long-term ownership has always been a guiding principle for Thomas, which has given him deep experience in corporate governance.
Zacharias joined Alder as an analyst in 2017. He has previous work experience at a private equity firm. Zacharias holds a bachelor's degree from the Hanken School of Economics and a master's degree in finance from UNSW.
