Felicia Jakobsson

Arash joined Alder in 2012 and previously worked at the private equity firm Karnell where he was involved in several acquisitions of unlisted companies. He has also worked on acquisition transactions at Morgan Stanley in London.

Arash holds a Master of Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics with related studies at the University of Madison and UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Carl-Johan joined Alder in January 2020 and has previous experience from FSN Capital and Carnegie in Stockholm. Carl-Johan holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from Stockholm School of Economics.

Dag is a partner at Alder and has previously worked as an advisor and consultant to investors in the environmental technology sector. He is partner in charge of the portfolio companies Safe Monitoring Group, Centriair and Insort and previously responsible for the divested companies Dinair, Gasmet and Aidon.

Prior to founding Alder , Dag held a professorship and was director of one of the Nordic countries' major research institutions for applied environmental science at Stockholm University. He also worked as an advisor and researcher for Nordic industry, including both private and institutional investors in the field, as well as national and international R&D organisations and agencies. Dag was also active as a national expert for the EU Research and Innovation Programme and its evaluation work on academia-SME collaborations in areas such as environmental science and technology.

Elise joined Alder in March 2024 and has over 13 years of experience from various investment and consulting organizations. Among others, she has worked with unlisted company investments in Europe and the US at EQT, H&M, Blue, SBM Offshore and Curitas, but started her career as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group. Elise has a Master's degree in economics with a focus on finance from the Stockholm School of Economics, but has also studied at the MBA program at McGill University in Montréal, Canada, and medicine at Edinburgh University in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Eva joined Alder in 2021 and supports our portfolio companies on sustainability issues. She has extensive experience in helping companies to integrate sustainability into their business strategy and to bring issues into their daily processes.

Eva has a degree in engineering and has worked as a manager, consultant and non-financial accountant in both the manufacturing and service sectors. Eva is the founder of the consulting company Purple IVY. She has a large toolbox of modern tools and a wide network to draw on which she is happy to share.

Felicia joined Alder in April 2024 and has previously worked as Fund Controller at Apex Fund Services. She has a bachelor's degree in economics with a focus on sustainable development from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences in Uppsala.

Henrik has been a partner at Alder since 2017 and has extensive experience of active ownership and investments in the Nordic region. Henrik has previously worked 15 years at the public investment company Ratos where he was Deputy CEO and before that Henrik worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company. He is responsible for the portfolio companies Scanacon and Briab.

Henrik is a partner at Alder and has extensive experience as an investor in small and medium-sized growth companies. He is responsible for the portfolio company SI and previously responsible for the divested companies Powerbox and Nordic Water. Henrik has previously worked at 3i where he was responsible for investments similar to Alders.

He has also spent several years working on private equity investments for Goldman Sachs Capital Partners in London. In addition, Henrik has worked as a financial advisor in several leading institutions such as Goldman Sachs Investment Banking, Morgan Stanley and Alfred Berg Fondkommission.

Henrik is Alder's first employee through an internship that led to employment in 2012. He has previous work experience from an investment firm.

Henrik holds a MSc in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Jesper joined Alder in January 2022 and has previous experience from Nordea's corporate finance department in Stockholm. He holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Economics from Linköping University with related exchange studies at National Taiwan University.

Johanna started as CFO at Alder in February 2024 and has over 20 years of experience from fund operations and alternative investments as she previously worked as COO / CFO at RAM Rational Asset Management AB, where she was also responsible for risk and compliance. In addition, Johanna has also worked at Investor AB's finance department. Ms. Strömqvist holds an MBA.

Keiward has been with Alder since 2012 and has previous experience working in M&A advisory. He is responsible for the portfolio companies AB Inventech and EcoMobility Group. Keiward is also responsible for the Danish market. Keiward holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Martin joined Alder in August 2023 and has previous experience from Bain & Company and Voi Technology in Stockholm. He holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping University.

Zacharias joined Alder as an analyst in 2017. He has previous work experience at a private equity firm. Zacharias holds a bachelor's degree from the Hanken School of Economics and a master's degree in finance from UNSW.
