Executive meet-up recap – a productive and insightful gathering!
In the beginning of October, the Alder team gathered for an impactful two-day executive meet-up, dedicated to addressing critical strategic matters, exchanging insights, and fostering a spirit of idea-sharing. Stockholm – September 5th, 2024 – Alder, a Nordic investment fund focusing on the development of sustainable companies, has closed an investment in Microbas Precision AB. Alder will become the majority owner of Microbas and will partner with management to continue its growth journey.

Stockholm – September 4th, 2024 – Alder, a Nordic, Article 9, investment fund focusing on the development of sustainable companies, has closed an investment in Flamonitec. Alder will become majority owner of Flamonitec and will partner with management to continue developing the Company. This acquisition serves as the initial entry in Alder’s consolidation initiative focused on advanced measurement technology.
